John was kind and a man of few words. He was the first person I met on the street. He shared his tools with me and one time surprised our entire street with clean side walks after a huge snow storm. He was a kind and gentle presence on our street... and will be missed.

The sounds of his motorcycle or the music coming from his corvette, will be missed in the neighbourhood. He was the friendliest man ever. Was a pleasure to know him and if you had even the slightest interaction with him, you were blessed to have had a piece of him in your life.
