Obituary of Barbara Elizabeth Saniszlo

Was born on August 3, 1921 and left us for eternal life on May 4, 2018 wrapped in the love of her beloved family.  Barbara was born in West Saint John, N.B. and spent her happy childhood there with her family, Thomas Keeble and Gertrude Keeble were her parents and Barbara being the eldest shared her life with her 4 brothers and sisters, predeceased by Louise Mongeon (Paul), George Keeble (Jean), beloved brother-in-law Sam Napier, survived by Joan Napier and Tommy Keeble (Eleanor).  Barbara was survived by several nieces and nephews and had a special bond with two of her nephews Brad and Barclay Napier. Barbara and her family moved to Montreal, Quebec when she was in her late teens and it was there that she married her first husband, Frank Edward Quartz and gave birth to their only child, Suzanne Barbara Stratichuk (Kip).  Later in life Barbara married her second love Nicholas Saniszlo and had many warm and loving years with him and his four children. Barbara worked in the Retail Industry for many years at Simpson's.  Barbara had a passion for swimming, ice skating and gardening, her plants and flowers bloomed under her care.  Barbara became a Grandmother to Jason Pawsey (Pam) and Samantha Stratichuk (Tim)and these children along with their Mother became Barbara's life focus.  Barbara then moved to Amherstburg at the age of 81 to be with her family, fell in love with Amherstburg and spent 17 happy years in her little apartment at Pickering Towers.  Barbara became a Great Grandmother to Hailey Pawsey, Kyle and Ryan Keeble Stratichuk, Ashton Pawsey and Amanda Stratichuk, adopted Great Grandmother to Karter, Kolin and Klint Stratichuk. Her greatgrandchildren brought continuous joy to Barbara's life.  Barbara spent the last month of her life wrapped in the loving care of Jody, Tina and Nicole at Victoria Manor.  The love between Barbara and her daughter Suzanne was endless and knew no boundaries and the many memories of their journey through life together will help heal the pain until they are together again.
