Obituary of Joan McCormick

McCormick, Joan Marie (nee. Woodman) Passed away peacefully on Monday December 7, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Leonard McCormick. Loving mother of Maureen (the late John) Copland, the late Janice (Dave) Sasso, the late Karen (Jim) Tilley, the late Kevin, Colleen (Joe) Gosselin, Patti McCormick (Rick Emslie) and Tim. Cherished grandmother of Cathie (Don) Morrison, John (Kim) Copland, Tanya (Nick) Poulopoulos, Jewel (James) Ross, Pamela (George) Crack, Jim (Stephanie) Tilley, Michael McCormick, Rachel (Rob) Spina, Mallory Gosselin, Jill (Goff) Hess and Jeremy (Rachael) Hess. Great-grandmother of 16 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Will be missed by her siblings and many nieces and nephews. Retired Nurse’s Aide at Grace Hospital for many years. Joan loved euchre and Elvis. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Joan’s Life will be held at a later date.
