Obituary of Patrick O'Brien

Patrick O’Brien passed away peacefully on Monday April 4, 2022, at the age of 73 years. Son of Emit and Gladys, brother of Susan, Mike, and Shawn. Loving husband to the late Janice O’Brien. Cherished Grandfather to Andrea Blanchette as well as Maggie, Angelina, Natalie, Elizabeth, and Emerson. Stepfather to Kathleen. Father to Dennis, Kenny, and Craig, and of course his beloved dog Max. Amazing and unforgettable friend to many. Patrick was a proud and dedicated member of Alcoholics Anonymous for 48 years and touched many lives throughout his journey. Kind, witty, and caring, Patrick’s legacy will certainly live on for years. If you so desire, memorial donations to The Hospice of Windsor and Essex County Inc would be appreciated, as they cared for Patrick in his final months with utmost dignity and respect. As per Patrick’s wishes, there will be no funeral, but a celebration of life will occur in late spring. Cremation has taken place.
