We only met Chuck about 10 years ago, he was a fine man, one of the best an old fashioned gentleman, he seemed to treat everyone with respect. It was an honour to have known him.

I had known Mr. Milks thru his daughter Ann , we grew up together and after Mrs. Milks died , Ann was a rock! caring for him , her daughters , husband and grandchildren ! May he Rest In Peace!
My thoughts and prayers are with, and for, all of Chuck's family and friends. I came to know him over the past couple of years and really appreciated the short time I had with him. He was a true gentleman who liked doing things for people and truly appreciated when people did things for him. I will miss him.
Our deepest condolences on the passing of such a lovely man. My heart goes out to all of Chucks family, extended family and especially to dear Grace(Nan) whom he shared many wonderful, loving years together.
