I want to take this time to talk about how I met Carmella. It was at ABC Daycare where she came nearly everyday to pick up her Granddaughter Georgina. I was new to Windsor, ON and this was my 1st place of employment and she was the 1st kin folk I met being new to the city. Right away we struck up a conversation that continued on a regular. Everyday she was there to pick up her Granddaughter regardless how she was feeling healthwise. I always admired that about her. It wasn't until later I met her daughter Wendy who turned out to be like a sister to me. Winnie you did a great job caring fir your mom in her final days. I remember sitting with Carmella while she was in the hospital and I was about to leave when she asked me to stay, I sit back down and we started to talk about the garden she would have when she got better. Well Carmella I know your enjoying your garden now. I know you will be missed by all your family and those of us you would share a word or two with. R.I.P. my friend.
